He had an idea that insurance agencies should assist clients more than just once per year and offer more than just one insurance carrier. Behind the thought that we should be “brokers not agents,” Capital Insurance Group was formed. Partners with some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers, CIG has grown from 1 office in downtown Charleston, to multiple locations across West Virginia, Michigan and Ohio, in less than 3 years.
